These guys provided such an efficient and professional service; I couldn’t have been happier. Booking and paying for the service was simple and easy and SCR were flexible and willing to work around times that convenienced my schedule. For a girl moving on her own, it was quite a tough jo; but thanks to the team it was made easy. They were so helpful and had such a great attitude. They followed me to three different locations to pick up my furniture and were patient and gracious when dealing with all of the difficulties we incurred along the way. So not only were they friendly, helpful and willing, the guys were also punctual and efficient. And as an added bonus I found them to be one of the most competitive price in the market. Thank you so much to SCR for the professional and polite service we recieved on our recent move from Bronte to Double Bay. The team were very experienced and even with the most difficult items (a 7 seater lounge) they made the move look so easy. The team from Sydney City Removalists made the move an absolute delight. I have moved many times before and have never had such a polite and helpful team assist me with the removals. Tom and his boys arrived on time, they even rang to see if I wanted them to come any earlier, and got to work straight away. They took great care with all my belongings, and even packed those odd items that I hadn’t had the chance to organise. They were fantastic, polite and friendly. We were very pleased with the service from Sydney City Removalists. From the first point of contact, the staff were professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Despite the difficulty of street parking and an old fashioned goods lift, the guys remained calm and professional and very helpful right through to the end (and even maintained their sense of humour).
